Terms of Service

By downloading the Dreamcore application, creating an account, or using any Dreamcore services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Dreamcore.

Dreamcore operates a peer-to-peer residential proxy, VPN, and privacy network. The Services include:

Proxy Node Hosting: Your device routes encrypted third-party B2B traffic. You earn $1.00 per GB.

VPN Service: Route your traffic through Dreamcore nodes for privacy and geo-flexibility. Supports IPv4, IPv6, and DNS-over-VPN to prevent all forms of IP leaks.

Tor/Onion Network Access: When enabled, Dreamcore routes connections to .onion (Tor hidden service) addresses through the Tor network. See Section 8.

Data Intelligence Marketplace: Anonymized, aggregate behavioral data collected with your consent may be sold to approved research and analytics companies. See Section 9.

By enabling proxy node hosting, you specifically acknowledge and agree:

a) Traffic Routing: Encrypted third-party B2B client traffic will be routed through your IP address. This traffic will appear to originate from your IP.

b) Carrier Status: Dreamcore node operators function as network carriers. You are not liable for the content of encrypted traffic passing through your device, provided you have not induced, solicited, or materially contributed to any violation. This protection mirrors those afforded to ISPs and telecommunications carriers under applicable law (including 47 U.S.C. § 230, EU Electronic Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions).

c) No Traffic Inspection: Dreamcore does NOT inspect the content of traffic routed through your device. Network-level firewall rules block ports associated with known malicious protocols (email spam, remote access exploitation, file-sharing exploits, and botnet command-and-control channels).

d) Content Policy: Despite the carrier nature of the service, node operators must not knowingly participate in the routing of CSAM or traffic from designated terrorist organizations. If you become aware of such use, you must report it to Dreamcore immediately at [email protected].

e) Bandwidth and ISP Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring bandwidth sharing is permitted by your ISP. Dreamcore is not responsible for any ISP-level violations.

f) Instant Control: You may stop node hosting at any time from the app.

You agree NOT to use Dreamcore Services to:

a) Transmit, store, or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — this is an absolute prohibition. See Section 7.

b) Send unsolicited communications (spam) or use our network for bulk email delivery

c) Launch denial-of-service attacks, execute port scans or network reconnaissance against systems you do not own

d) Deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnet command-and-control infrastructure

e) Circumvent fraud prevention or identity verification systems in a manner that constitutes fraud

f) Access computer systems without authorization (unauthorized computer access)

g) Violate export control laws or sanctions regulations

Permitted uses include but are not limited to: privacy protection, geo-unblocking, accessing streaming services, adult content platforms (18+ only, legal in your jurisdiction), web scraping for legitimate research, and accessing Tor hidden services (see Section 8).

B2B Proxy Earnings: $1.00 per GB of B2B traffic routed through your device.

VPN Routing Earnings: $0.08–$0.06 per GB of VPN subscriber traffic (scales with network size). Important: VPN routing earnings are generated ONLY from paid plan subscribers (Basic, Pro, Premium). Free plan users do NOT generate earnings for node hosts.

Monthly Earnings Cap: Combined B2B + VPN earnings are capped at $2,500.00 USD per calendar month per account.

Minimum Withdrawal: $10.00 USD.

Payment Methods: PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20), or bank transfer.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days after verified payout request.

Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on earnings. Dreamcore does not withhold taxes.

Speed Credits: Earnings may be converted to speed credit packs: Starter 5 GB ($1.99), Boost 30 GB ($7.99), Power 100 GB ($17.99), Ultra 300 GB ($39.99). Non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention: Earnings from fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited and the account banned.

Free Tier: 30 GB/month at 10 Mbps, 1 device, auto-route only. Resets monthly.

Basic Plan ($8.99/mo): 100 Mbps speeds, 100 GB/month, country selection (90+ countries), 2 devices, ad blocking (best-effort).

Pro Plan ($14.99/mo): 300 Mbps speeds, 300 GB/month, country + state/province selection, 5 devices, ad blocking (best-effort), dark web/.onion access.

Premium Plan ($24.99/mo): Unlimited speed, 1 TB/month (1024 GB), country + state/province selection, 10 devices, ad blocking (best-effort), dark web/.onion access, priority support.

Ad Blocking: Ad blocking is provided on a best-effort basis using DNS-level filtering and may not block all advertisements. Effectiveness varies by website and ad delivery method.

No-Log Policy: Dreamcore does not log VPN traffic content, destination URLs, or browsing history. Anonymized domain-category telemetry is collected per the consent framework in Section 9 and our Privacy Policy.

IP Leak Prevention: The Dreamcore VPN routes both IPv4 and IPv6 traffic through the encrypted tunnel. DNS queries are resolved through the tunnel. WebRTC connections are isolated to the VPN interface. Dreamcore cannot guarantee zero leaks on jailbroken or rooted devices or in browsers with browser-specific WebRTC settings overriding the OS configuration.

Dreamcore routes connections to .onion (Tor hidden service) addresses through the Tor network, allowing users to access Tor hidden services from standard browsers without separately installing Tor Browser.

Privacy: .onion connections are not logged, not recorded in telemetry, and not retained in any form. Dreamcore has no knowledge of the content of Tor hidden service traffic.

Carrier Status: Dreamcore acts solely as a network carrier for Tor traffic. Dreamcore is not the operator, publisher, or provider of any Tor hidden service and bears no responsibility for the content of any hidden service.

User Responsibility: You use Tor hidden services at your own risk and discretion. You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The availability of Tor routing does not authorize illegal activity. The CSAM prohibition in Section 7 applies without exception to all traffic including Tor.

Availability: Tor routing requires Tor to be operational on Dreamcore's infrastructure. Availability is best-effort and not guaranteed. .onion destinations may be slow or unreachable depending on Tor network conditions.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Dreamcore harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of Tor hidden services through our network.

With your consent, Dreamcore collects and may sell two categories of structurally de-identified, aggregate, non-personal data to approved research and analytics companies via the Dreamcore Data Intelligence Marketplace. No record in any dataset can be linked back to any individual — not even by Dreamcore.

Full details of what is collected, what is never collected, your consent rights, and Data Buyer obligations are set out in our Privacy Policy (Sections 3 and 4), which is incorporated here by reference. By accepting these Terms you confirm you have read and understood those sections.

Consent and opt-out: EU/EEA residents may withdraw consent to telemetry collection at any time by contacting [email protected]. All users may opt out permanently by deleting their account.

Revenue use: Data marketplace revenue funds the free VPN tier and contributes to node operator earnings. Learn more: getdreamcore.com/data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify Dreamcore immediately of unauthorized account access. Dreamcore is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Dreamcore may terminate or suspend your account at any time for Terms violations, suspected fraud, or CSAM/illegal content involvement. Upon legitimate termination, unpaid earnings above $10 minimum will be paid; earnings below the minimum may be forfeited. CSAM-related terminations forfeit all earnings.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irrecoverable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dreamcore SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Dreamcore'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $100 OR (b) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Dreamcore IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Dreamcore IS A NETWORK CARRIER AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER. Dreamcore IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF TRAFFIC ROUTED THROUGH ITS NETWORK BY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING B2B PROXY CLIENTS AND VPN USERS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Dreamcore DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE OPERATION. VPN AND TOR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR PRIVACY ENHANCEMENT; Dreamcore DOES NOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE ANONYMITY OR THAT ALL LEAK VECTORS WILL BE ELIMINATED ON ALL DEVICES AND CONFIGURATIONS.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA rules), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class action waiver: you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit.

Dreamcore may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
